MISSION

By interpreting decrees, regulations, directives and regulations correctly, to fully implement the personal rights granted to our personnel as soon as possible by adhering to the principles of confidentiality;

To act together by establishing strong relations with other units of the university, to provide the best service by universal standards when our staff fulfill their duties with their understanding of service offered to the society, and to continue working with high morale and motivation;

Along with fulfilling the requirements of our era, to ensure that available resources are used in the most appropriate and efficient ways by producing medium and long-term projects on personnel regime and personnel distribution.

VISION

To establish a department which can assume a pioneering and gathering role in the development of human resources management and education, enhance relations with its personnel, integrate, collaborate, and provide a modern management approach,
a department which has a working environment that people are proud of, and which has attained the competence and quality to be respected,
a department in which Turkish-German University staff as a family feel confidence and satisfaction with the neutral, transparent and contemporary practices of the department,
a department which trains qualified personnel and in which there are personnel who contribute to the development of the society and the country.
